The Board is the acting governing organ of the Association. According to the GSBA Charter, the Board consists of the five members.

Nona Mamulashvili has earned her BA in Business Administration from the International Black Sea University (Georgia),
MA in Diplomatic Studies from the University of Westminster (London/UK), MA in Arab and Islamic Studies from University of Sorbonne (Paris/France), PhD in International Relations from University of Sorbonne/Harvard University (France/USA).
Ms. Nona Mamulashvili worked as the Country Manager and Regional Market Access Director for Pfizer covering Caucasus & Central Asian countries. Prior to Pfizer she worked for British American Tobacco as Head of Corporate and Regulatory Affairs for Caucasus.
Nona also has an extensive experience working in the public sector as the Senior Advisor to the Analytical Group of President of Georgia in 2005-2007, as well as political analyst at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia at a later stage. Nona is currently an an Associate Professor at the International Relations faculty of the International Black Sea University.

Mr. Borghi Alvaro EDA BORAL

Alvaro Borghi was born in 1974 in Lugano (Switzerland). He holds a PhD in international law (University of Fribourg, 2003) and a Master of Arts in European Political and Administrative Studies (College of Europe, Bruges, 2001). After working for two years at the Swiss Ministry of Justice, he joined the Swiss diplomatic service in 2004. After two short assignments in Jakarta and Bern, he was the legal advisor of the Mission of Switzerland to the European Union (2005-2009) and then the Deputy Head of the Swiss Embassy in Riyadh (2009-2012). From 2012 to 2016, he was back in Bern as the Head of the Sectoral Policies Section of the Directorate for European Affairs. Since July 2016, he is the Deputy Head of the Swiss Embassy in Tbilisi. He is happily married and has two sons.

Mr. Nick Gvinadze

Nick Gvinadze is the Managing Partner of Gvinadze & Partners. With over two decades in busy private practice, he has accumulated abundant experience in the whole spectrum of both Georgian and cross-border commercial law, with particular focus on energy, infrastructure, tax and dispute resolution.
Before re-launching Gvinadze & Partners in 2010, Nick was a partner at DLA Piper Gvinadze & Partners LP, headed Ernst & Young's legal practice in Georgia, was a partner at GCG Law Office (a leading Georgian law firm in the 1990’s), served as an attorney to the Financial Department of the Georgian Parliament, and acted as local counsel to an international law firm in the UK.
Nick is also a Member of the International Court of Arbitration at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) based in Paris, Co-Chairman of the British-Georgian Law Association (BGLA), and sits on the Boards of the EU-Georgia Business Council (EUGBC) and the Georgian-Swiss Business Association (GSBA). Nick is a founding member of the Georgian Bar Association (GBA) as well as Georgian Young Lawyers Association (GYLA), and is also a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA).

Mr. Mikheil Svimonishvili

Mikheil Svimonishvili was born on April 7, 1976. Mr. Svimonisvhili has graduated from Zurich University, the School of Economy.
Since 1997, Mr. Svimonishvili has been the founder of JSC "Healthy Water". During 2005-2006 Mr. Svimonishvili was the Minister of Agriculture and the Governor of Guria Region (2007-2008). Since 1999, Mr. Svimonishvili holds the position of Chief Partner and the Executive Board Member of JSC "Healthy Water".

Mr. Irakli Kervalishvili

Mr. Irakli Kervalishvili has graduated from Georgian State Polytechnic University, the Department of Architecture. In 1991, Mr. Kervalishvili has attended ALP Program at Columbia University, New York, USA. He has also graduated from New York Polytechnic University, Construction Management Program, New York, USA in 1993. Mr. Irakli Kervalishvili was a Project Manager at Pace International LLC, New York. Since 2000, Mr. Kervalishvili is a Co-founder and Chief Partner at Pace Georgia LTD, Tbilisi, Georgia. (Transportation, logistics and port operations). Since 2007, Mr. Kervalishvili has been a Co-founder and Chief Partner at Blauenstein, Georgia LLC, Oni Region, Georgia (Swiss Cattle farming, meat and dairy processing project in Georgia).
