Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to the Georgian Swiss Business Association!
Founded in 2005 by a group of visionary Georgian entrepreneurs, the GSBA pursues the goal of representing our members’ interests, offering our members a platform for living the Swiss networking culture as well as promoting and fostering the Swiss trade, services and investments in Georgia.
The activities of the GSBA target the different objectives of our members. These objectives comprise the provision of a networking and knowledge sharing platform, exchanging social and cultural aspects, and having an institution represent our members’ interests towards authorities in Georgia and Switzerland. With networking and events being the most prominent of our activities, the focus of the networking is among members, with other local companies and professionals as well as with other chambers of commerce and business associations. The scope of our events ranges from knowledge sharing to member presentations, from Round Tables with Government Officials to social and cultural events, building bridges between Georgia and Switzerland, on a professional as well as on a personal level.
On February 21, 2018 Switzerland has ratified the EFTA-Georgia Free Trade Agreement, that will enter into force, for the relations of Georgia- Switzerland, on May 1st, 2018. This is an important moment both for Switzerland and for Georgia, as the Agreement will significantly deepen trade and economic ties between the signatories with a long-term perspective of closer and sustainable economic cooperation. GSBA offers its members consultancy services on trade facilitation, as well as educational workshops regarding the (EFTA)-Georgia Free Trade Agreement.
Whether you represent a multinational company or a small and medium sized enterprise, Become a part of the Swiss business community in Georgia and join us today.
Yours sincerely,
Nona Mamulashvili,
